We Came. We Saw. We Judged.

It came down to nine, then four, then two—exceptional pieces that attracted our attention, exacted our respect, and divided us as a group for nearly an hour as we debated “Best of Show” for this year’s IHAF Awards. I can’t tell you who’ll walk away with the coveted crystal, but I can say it wasn’t easy closing in on a single victor among 750 laudable entries.

And that’s how it should be. It should be hard to isolate the brightest star in a room full of work that shines. As judges, we considered the messaging, design and ingenuity of each piece—savoring special moments found in unexpected places. Your copy lines, color choices and keystrokes impressed us, as we recognized the deliberateness of each.

Congratulations to all who entered your shining stars into this year’s competition. On behalf of the full panel of judges, we applaud your efforts, admire your talents and look forward to celebrating with you in November.

Conceived as a creative celebration for members, the IHAF Awards has emerged as a national platform to showcase the extraordinary work produced by in-house agencies. IHAF received just over 100 entries its first year, 250 in year two and 750+ this year, across 30 categories.
Find out who will walk away from this year’s IHAF Awards with a Gold trophy, or a Silver or Honorable Mention certificate and who will win Best of Show. Join us for the IHAF Annual Conference & Awards Show on November 8-9 at the Revere Hotel in Boston.
